REFUNDS INFORMATION

Our return policy lasts 30 days. You have up to 30 days from the day of delivery to return your order. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original, sealed packaging.

Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use;
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.

It is not possible to request refunds for goods in transit, because shipments cannot be blocked.

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Items on sale
Only items that are not part of special offers or on sale can be refunded.


Exchange
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged no later than 7 days after delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@coffeepusher. it and send your item to: (Follow the instructions provided via email)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver mailed the order to themselves for delivery at a later time, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will discover your return.

Shipping
To return the product, you must send the product to: (follow the instructions that will be provided to you via email)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
